The same 60-mil TPO membrane with a bonded fleece backing on the underside. Designed for direct adhesion to concrete substrates — eliminates the need for a separate bonding layer on concrete decks and roofs.
A premium 60-mil white membrane rated at 2.5× the standard UV resistance requirement. Carries a 25-year product warranty. Specified where high UV exposure or extended warranty terms are required by the building owner.
The highest-specification option in the EverGuard range. An 80-mil white TPO membrane with 2.5× UV resistance and a 30-year product warranty. Used on projects where maximum thickness, maximum performance, and the longest available warranty are specified.
System performance
EverGuard seams are hot-air welded on site, producing a bond across the full overlap width. Adhesive-based lap joints degrade over time — a welded TPO joint doesn't. Seam integrity is the biggest variable in membrane longevity.
Auckland's UV index is consistently high. The EverGuard formula is engineered to resist UV degradation without the cracking and chalking seen in cheaper single-ply materials — maintaining membrane flexibility across the full rated service life.
Wind uplift is the primary structural load on flat roofing systems. EverGuard membranes are rated to 175–209 kph — covering the wind exposure conditions encountered in Auckland and coastal New Zealand.
