We aim to assess urgent leaks within 1–2 business days. For active water ingress causing interior damage, call us directly on 0800 AQUA NZ and we'll prioritise your job.
We work with torch-on bitumen, TPO, butynol (EPDM) and liquid-applied systems. Each repair uses compatible materials for the existing membrane — we don't apply generic sealants over specialty membranes.
On most flat roof systems the repair blends into the membrane with minimal visual impact. On exposed surfaces where aesthetics matter, we'll discuss finish options before starting.
We'll tell you honestly. If the membrane has reached end of life, we'll recommend a full re-roof with a new system — and provide a clear quote for that scope of work.
